BOSTON, MA – May 20, 2015 – Aavid Corporation (“Aavid”) announced it has acquired Kunze-Folien GmbH (“Kunze”). Based in Oberhaching near Munich, Germany, Kunze specializes in the design, manufacture, and integration of thermally conductive films, heat sinks, and transistor clips in power and other electronic environments. Additionally, Kunze provides lamination, thermal conductivity, IR analysis, and design simulation services associated with its products.
