Tansitor is the leading manufacturer of wet tantalum electrolytic capacitors and miniature conformal coated solid tantalum capacitors with manufacturing facilities in Bennington, Vermont and Barbados. In the fiscal year ended October 28, 2000, Tansitor had net sales of approximately $19 million.
